Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and scanned in by the shipping carrier. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise, and some packages shipped via DHL, USPS, and FedEx include insurance. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you in filing a claim for lost or damaged items.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship the order once the additional shipping costs are covered. Please be aware that any lost packages resulting from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
